HOW TO MEASURE?
1) Take a sheet
2) Fold it
3) Fold the sheet against a wall at the fold.
4) Place the foot on the sheet, making sure that the feet are flat.
...and both heels pressed against the wall...
5) Put a mark on the end of the foot
6) Measure the fold at the mark, and refer to the conversion table.
